Situation

Bristol Harbour has just completed a branding overhaul which now describes the resort as “five” seasons. To tie in with this new initiative, the graphics and images change based on the season, and the specials and call outs rotate accordingly. An on line reservation component was added to the site allowing visitors the ability to make their own reservation quickly and easily. Purchasing a gift card online completes the package!

Strategy

Biznetix redesigned the website to be integrated with their new overarching branding strategy
to establish themselves as the “five” seasons resort instead of solely thinking about the resort for “golf” or one season. To make is simple to invite guests to come and stay a Make Reservations call out is prominent on the home page. And for those “giving” visitors, a quick callout enables them to buy a gift card.

Results

A beautifully designed site with easy to find navigation and a graphic to callout the reservations component and the various online purchases like the gift cards. The newsletter tool which was built prior to the new site (was functioning on the older designed website) was revamped to tie in with the new graphics and the component continues to drive traffic their picturesque location.
